Shipping Policy

At Abundant Grace, every order is prepared carefully and with close attention to detail. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your purchase to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 5 to 10 business days after your order is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time begins on the next business day after your order is placed.

During launches, promotions, or high-demand periods, orders may require the full 10 business days to be prepared.

Processing time is separate from the shipping carrier’s delivery time.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery within the United States generally takes approximately 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, high shipping volume, carrier-related issues, or other circumstances beyond the control of Abundant Grace.

The estimated delivery time does not include our 7-to-10-business-day processing period.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, when available.

Tracking information may take between 24 and 48 hours to update after the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Before completing your order, please carefully review:

  • The recipient’s full name.

  • The street address and number.

  • The apartment, suite, or unit number.

  • The city, state, and ZIP code.

Abundant Grace is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or incorrect deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes to the shipping address can be made.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend that you:

  1. Check your mailbox, front entrance, porch, and other delivery areas.

  2. Ask family members, neighbors, or anyone who lives with you.

  3. Allow up to 48 hours, as some packages may be marked as delivered before they physically arrive.

  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

Abundant Grace may assist by providing the available shipping information, but we are not responsible for packages that the shipping carrier confirms were delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the estimated delivery date or the date the package was received.

Please provide the following information:

  • Your full name.

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the package and product, when applicable.

We will review the situation and assist with the carrier’s claim process when necessary.

Please do not discard the packaging or damaged product until the case has been reviewed.

Unexpected Delays

We will make every effort to prepare and ship each order within the stated processing time.

If an unexpected delay occurs on our end, we will contact you by email with an update regarding the status of your order.

Separate Orders

Orders placed separately will be prepared and shipped individually. We cannot guarantee that multiple orders can be combined, and shipping charges for separate orders are non-refundable.
